Cap-and-Trade

All documents prepared for the Cap-and-Trade (C&T) Technical Working Group (TWG) will be posted here, along with other documents of interest. Typically the TWG meets via teleconference. The Center for Climate Strategies (CCS) facilitates these calls and prepares various documents for the calls.
