Minnesota Climate Change Advisory Group

The charge of the MCCAG was to consider, evaluate, and compile a multi-sector set of recommended policy options and present them to the Governor. Appointed by the Governor, the MCCAG comprises a diverse group of stakeholders bringing broad perspective and expertise to the topic of climate change in Minnesota. Members represent the following sectors: energy, manufacturing, agriculture, forestry, tourism and recreation, health care, non-governmental organizations, academia, and state and local government. MCCAG Final Report 
 
Final Report  – The Final Report, incorporating comments from the MCCAG and TWGs, is posted below for public review and comment. The Report is divided into two major parts: "Front Matter" (Table of Contents, etc.), an Executive Summary, and eight Chapters that summarize the more detailed information in their corresponding Technical Appendixesthe major sections of part two. Compilations of Parts 1 and 2 are provided for those who wish to print the full document. (The number of pages and size of the document are provided for the Final Report sections.)
